By accessing or using Gait Signature, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Gait Signature is a general wellness application that tracks movement and cognitive health signatures using your phone's motion sensors. Gait Signature is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Gait Signature. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Account and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You retain ownership of your personal data. By using Gait Signature, you grant us a license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Pricing
Gait Signature is free to download and use during our initial launch. If we introduce paid features in the future, their pricing and terms will be described in the app before you are charged.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the app, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempting to access other users' data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Gait Signature is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any health insights will be accurate or complete. Gait Signature is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carova Labs, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Gait Signature.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
